What we collect

When you send a booking request through this website, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, requested dates, number of guests, whether you are bringing a pet, and anything you write in the message field.

When you pay for a stay, your payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your booking request, confirm and manage your stay, send you a payment link and receipt, and keep our business records.

Who else sees it

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run a booking:

• Stripe, which processes card payments.
• Brevo, which delivers booking request emails to us.

Our availability calendars sync with Airbnb and VRBO, but those calendar feeds contain no guest information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are stored on our server so we can manage stays and keep business records. We keep them only as long as needed for those purposes.

Your choices

If you would like us to correct or delete your booking information, contact us at the email address above and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
